    Bachelor's degree and experience in fundraising, organizational leadership/development, and/or stewardship
    Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification a plus
    Five to ten years in related fundraising and/or ministry development work
    Proven track record in fundraising
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities and Expectations:
College Evangelical Lutheran Church (Salem, Virginia) seeks applications for a part-time Coordinator of Children, Youth, and Family Ministries. Position Qualifications:
Successful candidate should possess a degree or have significant experience in Christian Education or related field; knowledge of Lutheran teachings and principles; leadership ability; ability to work with and inspire volunteers; ability to build effective relationships; ability to work with multiple age groups. Demonstrated management experience, and administrative and leadership skills required. A Christian Ministry in the National Parks (ACMNP) is a grassroots ministry that began in Yellowstone National Park in 1951 with the dream of providing Christian community for the people working, living, and visiting the parks. ACMNP accomplishes this by helping students find paying jobs and housing in the parks. Upon arrival in the parks, ACMNP team members serve with ACMNP by leading interdenominational worship services, Bible studies, community building activities and park stewardship projects.

Outside of working approximately 40 hours a week in or near a park, Ministry Team Members are expected to lead approximately 1-3 interdenominational worship services on Sundays with their team. This may include leading worship, sharing a message, and greeting worship attenders.

This leader’s primary task will be to lead FCC through restart into a relational, 21st century ministry within urban Stamford and the surrounding area.
